Shipping & Pickup Policy

Welcome to Park School Spirit Bookstore's online shopping policy section. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart. Upon checkout, you may instead choose the "pickup" option. Whether you request the item(s) to be sent home with your child or schedule a pick-up, a photo ID of either yourself of your child must be shown prior to pick-up. Once order is picked up, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Park School Spirit Bookstore. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange as long as it is within 30 days, unworn, unused and in same condition as when purchased. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
